I cannot get the lid to come off my urn.

The threads on the lid can get misaligned while in transit. To fix it, we recommend putting a thick towel over the lid and lightly tapping the edges with a hammer. It should come free and fall back into place. 

Can my urn be taken on a plane?

If you ordered a biodegradable, wood, fiberglass or marble urn you should be able to take them on the plane. Always double check with the company you are flying with for up to date rules regarding transportation. 

Can I bury the urn?

For burial, we recommend purchasing a marble urn, but the metal urns can also be buried. Please check with your local cemetery for the most accurate policy.

How long will it take to arrive?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.  If we are out of stock on the item, it will ship from our manufacturer and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Live chat with us Monday –Friday, 8am-4pm to see if we have it in stock.

Do you offer expedited shipping, and how much does it cost?

We offer both two day and overnight shipping, but weekend delivery is not guaranteed to all locations.

When will my item arrive if I pay for two day shipping?

Your package will arrive two business days after your order has been received. If you place your order on Friday, you will receive the package on the following Tuesday.

Can the urn itself be engraved on?

We do offer a selection of urns that can be engraved on located in the “Engraved Urns” category under the “Cremation Urns – Urns by Theme” drop down menuAll other urns we do not engrave directly on to prevent any cracking or chipping of the finish. We do have hanging metal tags and adhesive metal plates available for purchase.

The engraving on the tag is different then what I wanted.

If there was an error on our part regarding the engraving instructions, please contact our customer service team so we can replace it for you. If you provided the wrong engraving details, please re-purchase a new pate/tag with the correct engraving instructions. It is very important to double check your information prior to submitting your order.

How do I know if everything is added for a Trophy Urn?

The Trophy urns come in three parts: the ball $180, the base $159, and the engravable plate $39.99. Once everything is added correctly your total should be around $378.99.

Which Image is on the ball, the logo or the helmet?

The ball will have both images on it. The ball is not attached to the urn and can be moved to show either side of the ball.

Where do the ashes go?

The ashes go into the black base. There is a bottom panel held in by screws that the bag of ashes can be easily placed into.

I have received my order but cannot find the plate.

The plate will be taped to the top of the base box, if you still cannot locate it please double check the packing materials. If you still cannot find your plate, please contact our customer service team at (888) 386-1112.
